Smudge Wand.

Lavender: attracts positive energy and opens the heart chakra. Sets the intention for a peaceful, grounded energy before starting any project inducing a state of calmness. It aids in releasing fear while calming the mind, helping to protect the spirit.

Instructions

Light the smudge bundle using your match or candle, and let it burn for about 15 seconds. After that, gently blow out the flame. Light a couple pieces at a time to create the healing smoke if you wish. Place in a fireproof bowl allowing it to smoulder. This will produce plenty of smoke to cleanse the air. 

After smudging, extinguish it and save for next time. You can break off pieces to burn safely in a bowl. Always be safe.
