THE BREATHTAKERS
tribe

Wild Ones are also avid practitioners of meditation and breathwork. After learning and experiencing the powers of meditation and breathwork, the two lead the way for people on their healing journey by initiating ‘The BreathTakers Tribe’.

Through the BreathTakers Tribe, people from anywhere in the world can reach out to Wild Ones and be a part of their weekly training sessions of breathwork and meditation. Learn rhythmic breathing techniques, relive stress, improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being as well as harmonize with the 7 chakras of their body and much more.
The tribe also learns about medicinal plants, foraging, breatharianism and other ways of leading a healthier life whilst living in this modern society.

The couple is also fervent about passing on breathwork and meditation techniques to the children of today. They welcome young kids to be a part of the tribe helping them live an awakened and healthier life from an early age.

WHAT IS pranic living
UNDERSTANDING pranic living
Once in our life we come across a phase where we seek to understand who we are, why are we here and how to be happy. It is a very personal process, and we all go through it at our pace and eventually end up channeling into a wealth of wisdom that changes us forever and drives us on a path of deep self-discovery.

While walking on a similar path of self-discovery and healing, the Wild Ones came across Pranic Living. Pranic Living is a lifestyle in which humans nourish their bodies with Prana, which is the life energy that surrounds all of us.

Humans practicing Pranic Living may simply live either on water and juices or may even survive only on air. Pranic Living is usually unfathomable for many and is conceived as something that is impossible due to old learned beliefs according to which our body cannot function without food. The practitioners of Pranic Living are proving it to be false by living a healthy life just through mindful breathing, consuming juices, and water. They believe that humans can absorb all the nutrients they require through their breath and skin.
‘Prana’ is a Sanskrit word which was first referred to in the 3,000-year-old Chandogya Upanishad text and was further refined in later Upanishads. The traditional texts of Ayurveda, Tantra Yoga, and Hatha Yoga further evolved and elaborated on Prana and the energetic anatomy that validates it.

Prana in Sanskrit means life force energy, the breath of life, or spirit energy. In yogic teachings, Prana is a general reference to the energy manifested from the entire universe. It is believed that breath is the most subtle form of Prana in our bodies. Prana not only forms the energy of our consciousness, but it is also liable for regulating all the physical functions of our body.

Practitioners of Pranic Living have different variations in their lifestyles. Although, one thing they all have in common is that they do not require food to survive. These lifestyle variations include:

-
Without water and food
-
Without food but drinking water or tea
-
No solid foods but consuming water and juices
-
Consuming water or juices and an occasional light meal
-
Water or juices and having a light meal once or twice in a week, and many more other variations
PRACTICING pranic living
Adapting a completely new style of living requires one to let go of their old beliefs. Only when one completely accepts and truly believes in the power of Pranic Living, will one be ready to take the next step on the evolutionary ladder. Doubting and questioning it may allow one to carry on for some time, but eventually, the mind will crave and pull back into eating solids foods. Old beliefs of living on solid food in the cell memory can easily make a human hungry again. Thus, along with this body, one must cleanse one’s mind too, in order to really achieve and practice Pranic Living.
