Areas of focus have included Yoga, meditation, Qigong, and transpersonal psychology. For the past 15 years he has taught yoga, meditation along with workshops on self understanding and wellbeing.
Integrative therapy:
Based on decades of experience, this therapy offers a combination of several modalities including massage, fascia release, acupressure and energy balancing. The treatment focuses on the needs of the specific individual with the intention of releasing stress and tension through the entire system.
Energy Flow Yoga:
Utilizing the tools of mindful meditation and yoga, this practice is focused specifically on releasing blocked energy and stress from the nervous system. It is a combination of Pranayama (breathwork), concentration, deep yin and fascia stretches and energy flow movements. This leads the participant to a state of parasympathetic activation and deep relaxation.
His philosophy is that life itself is our teacher. He brings what he has learned through his own healing journey to his teachings.
